Inverness managed print services firm relocates to new premises to accommodate growth
A leading Scottish managed print services firm has relocated its Inverness office to accommodate the continued growth of the business.
Xeretec Scotland, which is part of the Xeretec Group, has signed a 10-year lease on its new premises in the city’s Cromwell Road, following years of successful growth for the company.
The firm, which is a leading integrator of digital print hardware, software, solutions and services in the UK and Ireland, has experienced extensive growth due to big contract wins, one of which is the largest of its kind in Europe, with over 1500 contracted devices.
Since it launched in 2002, Xeretec has seen its Northern team increase from 10 to 25 employees, with staff in Inverness, Elgin, Caithness, Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles.
The new office features modern facilities, a showroom, an open-plan office, and is located across the car park from Xeretec’s previous building, meaning that the firm still has the same address as before.
Managing director of Xeretec Scotland, John Sheran, said: “We’ve recently retained a contract with the Highland Council for print and managed print services, which was a big boost and this enabled us to expand.
“The move has been really positive for everyone involved and the continued growth of our Inverness office has helped to further strengthen our position as one of the leading managed print services providers across Scotland and the UK.”
Denise Ross, office manager at Xeretec Scotland, said: “Since moving offices, the entire working environment has improved and has helped to bring everyone closer together.
“In the previous premises, the warehouse and office were in different buildings, but these are now combined in the new premises, allowing staff to become more efficient.
“The staff now feel part of one team, which has helped to boost productivity, allowing us to provide an even better service to our clients. We have all settled in really well and are looking forward to Xeretec’s future in our new office.”
